1. Discovery Call
Every web design project starts with a conversation. We want to understand your business, your customers, your competitors, and what you want your website to actually achieve. This call is free and typically takes around 30 minutes.
2. Scope and proposal
Based on your brief, we put together a clear proposal outlining the pages we will build, the functionality included, the timeline, and a fixed price. No vague estimates and no scope creep surprises.
3. Design mockup in Figma
Before a single line of code is written, we design your website as a full visual mockup in Figma. You will be able to see exactly how your website will look, review every page, and request changes freely at this stage. This is your opportunity to shape the design before the build begins, which means far less back and forth later and a result that genuinely reflects your brand. We cover layout, typography, colours, imagery placement, and all key user journeys.
4. You Sign Off
Once you are happy with the Figma design, you give us the sign-off to move into development. Nothing moves forward until you are fully satisfied with how it looks.
5. WordPress build
We build every website on WordPress. It is the world’s most widely used content management system for good reason: it is flexible, scalable, easy for you to manage once handed over, and well supported for long-term SEO. We use Avada with Fusion Builder for the build, which gives us precise control over the design and ensures what we built in Figma is accurately reflected in the finished website.
6. SEO setup and Google connections
Every website we deliver comes fully SEO optimised as standard. This includes proper heading structure, meta titles and descriptions, image optimisation, page speed checks, and schema markup. We also set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console on every site so your website starts getting tracked and indexed from the moment it goes live. You will not be launching blind.
7. Testing and launch
Before we go live, we test across devices and browsers to make sure everything works as it should. Once we are satisfied and you have given the final sign-off, we launch.
8. Handover and ongoing support
Once your site is live, we walk you through how to manage it. If you would prefer to leave the ongoing management to us, we offer website management and hosting packages so your site stays secure, up to date, and performing well.
